About the role

You will generate and qualify sales opportunities for United States B2B clients from our Monterrey centre, working in English and Spanish. Monterrey's strong B2B culture makes it the natural home for this work. This is a pipeline role measured on qualified opportunities, not dials: research first, relevance always, pressure never.

Key responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and identify the right decision-makers using the client's ICP and tools
  • Conduct outbound outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn in English and Spanish
  • Qualify interest against defined criteria (BANT, MEDDIC or the client's framework)
  • Book qualified meetings for the client's account executives and confirm attendance
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in the client CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Personalise outreach based on account research rather than sending generic templates
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for qualified opportunities and booked meetings
  • Handle objections professionally and represent the client brand with credibility
  • Participate in sales enablement, call reviews and messaging calibration
  • Feed market intelligence back to the client on messaging and objections

Requirements

  • Native or equivalent Spanish
  • English at CEFR B2 or above, C1 preferred, assessed before offer, as outreach is conducted in English
  • One to three years in sales development, inside sales, telesales or B2B lead generation
  • Demonstrable comfort with outbound outreach and handling rejection with resilience
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Secondary education completed. University study in business, marketing or communication is an advantage
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule aligned to US Central hours, based in Monterrey
  • Valid Mexican identification and right to work (CURP and RFC)

Preferred

  • Experience selling to or generating pipeline in the United States B2B market
  • Experience with a defined sales methodology
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
  • English at C1 or above
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets

Career path

Sales Development Representative → Senior SDR → Team Leader → Sales Enablement or Account Management → Sales Operations Manager
