About the role
You will review user-generated content on digital platforms, applying the client's policies with judgement and consistency to keep spaces safe. Moderation can involve exposure to sensitive material, so team wellbeing is part of the role design: rotation out of the most intense queues, scheduled decompression, on-site psychological support and peer support. We work in Mérida, one of the safest cities in Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Revisar contenido de texto, imagen y video según las políticas y guías del cliente
- Aplicar los criterios de decisión de forma consistente, con conocimiento del contexto latinoamericano
- Alcanzar y mantener los umbrales de precisión de decisión del proyecto
- Identificar y escalar casos ambiguos o de alta severidad según el protocolo
- Documentar cada decisión con su código de razonamiento para mejorar políticas y clasificadores
- Participar en las sesiones de calibración para mantener la consistencia del equipo
- Cumplir los objetivos de volumen sin comprometer la precisión
- Mantener la confidencialidad conforme a la LFPDPPP y a los protocolos del cliente
- Participar en las prácticas de bienestar del programa, incluyendo la rotación y la descompresión
- Completar la formación continua sobre cambios de política y nuevos tipos de caso
Requirements
- Español nativo, con excelente comprensión lectora
- Bachillerato o preparatoria terminada
- Madurez, criterio y estabilidad emocional para trabajar con contenido sensible
- Atención al detalle y capacidad de aplicar políticas de forma consistente
- Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos 24/7, incluyendo fines de semana
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en Mérida
- Identificación mexicana vigente y derecho a trabajar (CURP y RFC)
Preferred
- Experiencia previa en moderación de contenido, trust and safety o revisión de calidad
- Estudios en comunicación, psicología, derecho o ciencias sociales
- Inglés B1 o superior
- Conocimiento de variantes regionales del español latinoamericano
- Experiencia con herramientas de moderación
