Information security and data protection are operating requirements at Corpshore Mexico, not an add-on. We describe our approach here honestly and without overstating. The exact scope of each certification at the level of the Mexican entity is confirmed during due diligence.
Data protection in Mexico
We operate under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulation. We hold a privacy notice, defined consent mechanisms, a procedure for exercising the ARCO rights, retention schedules and a designated contact for data-protection matters at info@corpshore.solutions.
Group frameworks
Corpshore Solutions, the group Corpshore Mexico belongs to, maintains international security and quality frameworks. At group level these include ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2 Type II and PCI-DSS, alongside HIPAA-aligned operations for healthcare clients and GDPR-aligned and CCPA-aligned practices for European and United States clients. The per-entity scope of each framework is confirmed in writing during due diligence. We do not present a certification as held by the Mexican entity without confirming its scope.
Toronto-managed governance
Client accountability, quality assurance and compliance are owned from the group head office in Toronto, with delivery executed in Mexico. For United States healthcare clients, data is handled under HIPAA-aligned protocols, and Business Associate Agreements are available where applicable.
Controls
We apply controls appropriate to the type of work: least-privilege access management, encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, data segregation by client, logging and audit, and dedicated secure environments for sensitive operations such as collections or financial data. The technology providers we use are selected and reviewed against security criteria.
Team wellbeing as a quality control
In sensitive operations, such as content moderation, team wellbeing is part of the control design: rotation out of the most intense queues, decompression time, on-site psychological support and peer support. A stable, cared-for workforce produces more consistent decisions.
