Corpshore Mexico forms part of an international group whose parent company is Corpshore Solutions Corporation, with corporate offices at The Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Suite 1900, Toronto, Ontario M5X 2A2, Canada. The group provides business process outsourcing services, information technology services, applied artificial intelligence solutions and talent attraction and management services, with an operation close to North American time zones.
The group operates through several divisions and subsidiaries that share brand identity, quality standards and corporate governance principles, and that serve different markets and jurisdictions. The entities and divisions of the group include, by way of example and without limitation, Corpshore US, Corpshore UK, Corpshore Colombia, Corpshore Dominican Republic, Corpshore Philippines, Corpshore Vietnam, Corpshore Uzbekistan, Corpshore AI, Corpshore Talent and Corpshore Exams. Each entity of the group is incorporated and operates under the laws of the country where it is domiciled and is responsible for its own legal, tax and contractual obligations in its corresponding jurisdiction.
The membership of Corpshore Mexico in this group allows users of the Site to benefit from the accumulated experience, the shared resources and the common practices of the group. At the same time, it should be made clear that the relationship among the various entities of the group is one of corporate coordination and affiliation, and that responsibility toward the user for the services provided in Mexico rests with Corpshore Mexico or with the parent company Corpshore Solutions Corporation on the terms stated in this Legal Notice.
References made on the Site to the capability, geographic coverage, certifications or track record of the group are understood to refer to the set of Corpshore group entities and do not imply that each capability is available identically in every jurisdiction. 4. Purpose and scope of the website
The purpose of the Site is to present to the Mexican public and to interested companies the range of services of Corpshore Mexico and of the Corpshore group, to offer information about the service lines of business process outsourcing, information technology and artificial intelligence, to report on the operating locations in Mexico, to make reference content and resources available, and to enable contact channels so that companies can request information, quotations or interviews and so that candidates can learn about opportunities and join the talent community.
The Site has a mainly informational and commercial contact purpose. The information published on the Site is offered in good faith and with the aim of being accurate and up to date. Nevertheless, that information is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer, a contractual proposal, a firm quotation or professional advice of any kind. The specific conditions of any service are governed exclusively by the specific proposal and contract that may be signed between the client company and Corpshore Mexico.
Corpshore Mexico reserves the right to modify, update, expand, suspend or withdraw at any time and without prior notice the content, structure, configuration and functionality of the Site, as well as the conditions of access and use. All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Site and its elements, including without limitation the design, the navigation structure, the source code, the databases, the texts, the images, the photographs, the graphics, the icons, the logos, the colour combinations and any other content, belong to Corpshore Mexico, to the parent company Corpshore Solutions Corporation or to the relevant Corpshore group entities, or else are used with the legitimate authorisation of their owners.
The "Corpshore" brand and the other trademarks, trade names, commercial notices, logos and distinctive signs that appear on the Site are the property of the Corpshore group or are used with authorisation, and are protected by the applicable industrial property legislation. No content of the Site may be construed as an express or implied grant of any licence or right to use those trademarks or distinctive signs without the prior written authorisation of their owner.
The user may view the content of the Site and make private reproductions for personal use, provided that the integrity of the content and the acknowledgement of its origin are respected. 7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice, access to the Site and the use of its content are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. In everything relating to the interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Legal Notice, as well as to any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Site, the Mexican federal laws apply and, where relevant, the laws of the federal entity where the Company establishes its domicile.
For the resolution of any dispute related to this Legal Notice or to the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Mexican courts that are competent under the law, with express waiver of any other venue that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile, unless a public policy rule provides otherwise. Where the user has the status of a consumer and the applicable consumer protection legislation so provides, the venue and the avenues of complaint that such legislation recognises in the user favour will be respected.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits the rights that Mexican public policy legislation recognises for users, including rights concerning the protection of personal data and consumer protection. If any provision of this Legal Notice is deemed null or ineffective, that nullity will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full effect.
8. How to raise a legal or compliance query
